Specializing in Metrology (Dimensional measurement & verification and calibration), Autodesk Moldflow™ Analysis, Fixture Design & Manufacture, we promise to work in partnership with our customers to provide them with a first-class fully certified service that meets or exceeds their requirements.

All personnel throughout the organization are required to maintain a total commitment to the requirements of our Quality Policy to ensure that all existing and potentially new customers have complete confidence in the quality standards of our products and services.

We shall ensure that customer needs and expectations are fully satisfied and that our products and services not only meet the requirements of our customers but are also compliant with all relevant legislative obligations.

The Company will ensure that resources are made available and that all employees are fully committed to the implementation of this policy and the achievement of its objectives by providing appropriate levels of training and awareness.

Measurable objectives to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system shall be set and regularly assessed for suitability and communicated to all employees and contractors who will have an impact on our services.

The arrangements in place to implement this policy form part of the Company’s day-to-day operational procedures and as such are reviewed on a continuous basis. Where opportunities for improvement in quality standards are identified they will be tackled promptly, and with sufficient resources.

The implementation of this policy will be monitored throughout the Company’s activities in order to ensure compliance with its objectives and will be formally reviewed on an annual basis.

This policy will be communicated and made available to all employees and contractors undertaking works on behalf of our organization and made available to all interested parties, as is appropriate.
