You’ll benefit from shorter timescales, a more comprehensive service, and higher quality solutions because of the extensive range of equipment in our metrology labs. At Verus Metrology Partners, we have two metrology labs that are equipped with 13+ metrology and inspection machines.
For example, we can complete equivalency testing in-house, where a new metrology fixture that we have designed and manufactured can be installed on a CMM that is equivalent to what you have in your facility.
Save time on your project by getting a program with fully optimised routines, conduct a Gage R&R study, and complete all validation and verification processes before the fixture is sent to your facility. The fixture will arrive at your facility qualified and ready to go.
Our Independent Metrology Lab

Both our metrology labs are environmentally controlled and monitored 24/7 to ensure optimal and reliable performance from our CMMs, vision systems, and other inspection equipment. We also have the latest communication and collaboration technologies in our metrology labs, where we can conduct virtual demonstrations, presentations, installations, and training sessions.
We also have a policy of continuous investment at Verus Metrology, where we regularly invest in new machines based on the requirements of our customers.
Investment in research and development is important to us, too, particularly research into Quality 4.0 solutions that automate and digitalise metrology and inspection processes within medical device manufacturing facilities.
